Dr. Otter is board-certified in Obesity Medicine and a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner. She leads our injectable weight loss and menopause programs. Kim is a highly experienced Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), bringing over 20 years of compassionate, expert care to the women she serves.

With a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from East Carolina University and a Master’s of Nursing in Women’s Health from Duke, Kim is passionate about supporting women throughout the perimenopause and menopause phases as well as those with pelvic pain and sexual health issues.
